• Transfer from another clinic, $99. A one-time rate for patients who already hold an active Florida card.
• Veteran recertification, $99. Military veterans also receive discounted pricing on new patient evaluations. Call the office for the current veteran rate.
• State of Florida application fee, $77.75. Paid directly to the Office of Medical Marijuana Use, and identical at every clinic in the state.

So a new patient in Florida pays $149 to Doctor Springs and $77.75 to the state, which comes to $226.75 to get started.
