Initial Consultation

$200 + lab fees

(Lab fees are typically around $160)

Your first visit includes a comprehensive consultation with Dr. Springs to review symptoms, health history, and treatment goals. Lab work is ordered to evaluate hormone levels and determine whether hormone therapy is appropriate. This is an extensive panel including thyroid testing, screening for anemia/blood disorders, vitamin B levels, vitamin D deficiency and an assessment of cardiovascular risk factors in addition to hormone levels.  

*If you have current labs within the last 60 days, we can modify this order and reduce the cost of the panel. 

Ongoing Treatment

If it is determined that hormone replacement therapy is appropriate, ongoing care is provided through a $200 monthly membership fee.

This monthly fee includes:

• Follow-up appointments

• Continued physician oversight

• Hormone management and dose adjustments

• Ongoing consultation with Dr. Springs

Additional Costs

Patients are responsible for:

• Laboratory fees

• Prescription medication costs

• This pricing does not include GLP-1 treatment or peptide therapies (Available at an additional cost)

These costs vary depending on the specific treatment plan and pharmacy pricing. Some prescriptions may be covered by the patient's insurance.

New Patient Evaluation

$149 + $77.75 State of Florida fee

(Debit or credit card required for state payment, in-person visit required.)

We proudly offer discounted new patient pricing for military veterans: $139 + state fee.

We also offer a special discounted rate for medical marijuana dispensary employees. Please contact our office for details.

A $35 deposit is required to reserve all new patient appointments and is applied toward your consultation fee. Deposits are refundable or transferable with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive evaluation with Dr. Springs to determine if you qualify for Florida’s Medical Marijuana Use Program.

Patients with a valid Florida ID or Florida driver’s license are typically able to receive same-day state approval once the registration fee is paid.

Renew Your Physician Certification

Conveniently completed from the comfort of home through a secure telehealth appointment with Dr. Springs.

During your recertification visit, Dr. Springs will review your current treatment plan, discuss how your recommendations are working for you, and make any needed adjustments to best fit your needs.
